Ms. Allison Becker is the managing partner of the Raleigh office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, and co-chair of the national health care practice group. She has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, focusing on representing health care companies and providers in high-exposure cases, class actions, and multiplaintiff litigation. Ms. Becker has defended correctional medical, dental, and mental health providers nationwide against Section 1983 deliberate indifference claims and frequently speaks and publishes on this topic. She also advises correctional health care clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and litigation related to consent decrees and court-ordered implementation plans.
