Dr. Krystin Holmes serves as Senior Director of Adult Forensic Services for the Harris County Jail. Her career has spanned community mental health, inpatient behavioral health care, juvenile forensic services, and correctional mental health administration. She currently oversees clinical care and operational leadership for the jail-based competency restoration program. In addition to her administrative role, Dr. Holmes remains active in private practice, academia, and research. Her professional interests include forensic behavioral health, competency restoration, and improving services for underserved and justice-involved populations.
