Mrs. Jennifer Milak is an experienced trial attorney, having tried numerous cases throughout North Carolina. She focuses her practice on defending medical and professional malpractice actions and actions against correctional health care providers. In addition to defending cases of alleged malpractice against all types of health care providers, Jennifer has an active practice defending health care and mental health care providers before their respective licensing boards. Jennifer handles matters in North Carolina’s Superior Courts, all three Federal District Courts in North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She received her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Campbell University School of Law
