Mr. Scott Whitney is in his second year of medical school at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is interested in addiction psychiatry and child psychiatry. After graduating from Davidson College in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, he worked at the Framingham Heart Study and the Marcus Institute for Aging Research in Boston before attending medical school. In 2023, he began a summer internship with the Lifespan Behavioral Health team at Rhode Island Hospital. He hopes to continue this work throughout his medical education.
