Ms. Marta De Leon is a dedicated educator and public servant with over 25 years of experience. She currently serves as a Trainer for Maricopa County Correctional Health Services. She spent significant years teaching in low-income schools, then extended her expertise to the Arizona Department of Corrections. She transitioned to Maricopa County Correctional Health Services, where she applied her expertise to design, facilitate, and manage training programs within the education department. Ms. De Leon earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Arizona State University. Her role as a Trainer reflects her commitment to elevating the standards of healthcare through effective education, ensuring that the next generation of health staff is not only competent but also compassionate in their service to the community.
