Dr. Arthur Robin Williams is an NIH funded academic and researcher and a Research Scientist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. His work centers on substance use disorders (SUDs), with a particular focus on improving quality of care for OUD. In addition, as the Chief Medical Officer at Ophelia, he helps lead a virtual-first telehealth model that expands access to evidence-based OUD treatment and works to remove longstanding barriers to care and improve patient retention through accessible, technology-enabled treatment pathways.
