Ms. Cheryl Esposito is a nurse executive, educator, and national speaker with 37 years of nursing experience, including more than two decades in correctional health care. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Executive Leadership from Wilmington University. Throughout her career, she has served as a staff nurse, intake nurse, nurse manager, educator, and regional director. A Certified Correctional Health Professional–Registered Nurse, Ms. Esposito is recognized for her expertise in correctional nursing practice, workforce development, and clinical leadership.
