Allison Becker is the Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Raleigh office and focuses her practice on health care, professional liability defense, construction, product and general liability litigation, and state and federal appeals. Ms. Becker handles matters in a variety of state, federal, and appellate courts, including adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. She also frequently represents clients before regulatory and licensing boards. She has over a decade of experience managing all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit negotiations, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions practice, jury trials, and appeals. Ms. Becker has been recognized by North Carolina Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of medical malpractice defense as well as by Business North Carolina Magazine as one
of the Legal Elite in litigation and appellate practice. She has tried cases to verdict in both North Carolina and Virginia and argued before the North Carolina Supreme Court.
