Ms. Jacqueline Richards is a Program Manager with her bachelor’s in healthcare management. Jacqueline is dedicated to her role at ForHealth Consulting at UMass Chan Medical School for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where she has been employed since December 2019. In her role, Ms. Richards primarily supports the Behavioral Health for Justice Involved Individuals, a statewide Reentry Program in partnership with EOHHS and MA Trial Court. Jacqueline works closely with the community vendors, justice partners and multiple state agencies to assist with communication, collaboration, and contract management.
