Description
Mental health issues are at an all-time high throughout the nation. One person commits suicide every 10 minutes, and one person overdoses every 5 minutes. These issues are even more prevalent in the correctional system. This discussion will examine the trauma tapping program being used in the Chesterfield County Jail. Participants will learn to tap and leave with a foundation for understanding mental health through a different lens.
