Dr. Arnold Feltoon is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and a CCHP, practicing correctional health care in the Cleveland, Ohio area for more than 20 years. His practice is unique in that he is the physician for over 15 small communities that have their own city jails in Cuyahoga County. None of these jails have any medical personnel on-site. Dr. Feltoon has found his background in emergency medicine to be beneficial when working in corrections. He has also served as an expert witness and has reviewed over 30 legal cases filed against correctional health care providers, and for the past 3 years he has also been a physician surveyor for NCCHC.
