Mr. Erie Soloman is a seasoned Juvenile Justice professional at the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center. He is a Recreation Specialist for the youth, but also serves as an Adjunct Trainer who creates, implements, and facilitates a total of 35,000 training hours annually for over 600+ staff, contractors, volunteers, and interns. With an expertise in corrections and juvenile justice education, he brings over a decade of experience with innovative instructional methods. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Park Administration from Illinois State University; a master?s in management Sports Administration Management from Robert Morris University; and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University.
