LCDR Nicole Joyce started as an advanced practice pharmacist at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico for 5 years and was able to gain experience in outpatient, inpatient, and pharmacist-run clinics. LCDR Joyce has been with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Sheridan, Oregon as a full-time clinical pharmacist for over 5 years. She established five pharmacist-run clinics with a broad collaborative practice agreement. She is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist, acts as the regional hepatitis clinical pharmacist consultant, and is the medication assisted therapy coordinator.
