Dr. David Richards is the Chief Quality Officer for LA Health Services' Ambulatory Care Network and a physician in Juvenile Court Health Services. He splits his time between general pediatrics and the juvenile correctional health system, focusing on reentry and aftercare for justice-involved youth. He leads the CalAIM Justice Involved Initiative for Juvenile Court Health Services and serves as Pediatric Lead for LA DHS's Quality Improvement Pool. Dr. Richards completed his MD at the University of Virginia and holds an MS in Health Policy and Implementation Science from UCLA. He trained in pediatrics at UCLA.
