Ms. Paula McGrath is a business systems analyst with the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff?s Office, leading the CalAIM Justice-Involved Initiative. She brings more than 15 years of nonprofit and public-sector leadership experience, including managing Medicaid-funded programs in county behavioral health and social services. Ms. McGrath has led multidisciplinary teams and developed systems that support accurate billing and maximize services. She holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for nearly a decade.
