Dr. Emily Sorblom has been a licensed pharmacist for 27 years with experience in a variety of pharmacy settings. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy in 1996 and then her Doctor's of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in August 2021. Her current role is as a Regional Pharmacist for Wellpath in MA DOC where she co-chairs the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Pharmacy Operations committee and The Non-Formulary team. In addition to providing pharmaceutical information and education to all staff,  she performs drug consults and chart reviews. Dr. Sorblom is involved in formulary management and ensures patients are offered clinically appropriate, cost-effective medications in 14 state prisons and a forensic hospital - Bridgewater State.
