Ms. Jessica Inholt is program manager for the Indiana Peer Education Program and Outside Peer Education Program at Step-Up Inc. She brings both professional and lived experience to her work, having participated in the program while incarcerated. She now leads programs focused on peer education, public health, and strengthening connections among people impacted by incarceration. Ms. Inholt is a Certified Recovery Specialist, Public Health Peer Educator, certified in Mental Health First Aid, and an Indiana Forensic Peer Support Specialist. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public health. She is committed to creating practical, trauma-informed, people-centered systems that improve health across communities.
