Mr. Johnson has worked in corrections for 15 years. In his career he has worked with the incarcerated from age 13 to 90 years old. In addition he has worked in a trauma informed and trauma responsive DOC treatment facility for adult women. It was this program which changed his entire outlook on corrections and what it really means to reduce recidivism and reintegrate people back into communities successfully.
