She serves as Vice President of Professional Development and Practitioner Services for Advanced Correctional Healthcare and is recognized for her expertise in simulation-based learning and workforce development. A CCHP-CP, board-certified Nursing Professional Development Specialist, and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator, Dr. Stroda is passionate about mentoring health care professionals and improving care for vulnerable populations.
