Mr. Thomas Serridge is a licensed social worker with 25 years of combined experience in mental health services, alcohol and drug treatment, child welfare, and correctional health services. He started his correctional health care career 12 years ago when he joined Centurion to serve as quality improvement director for their behavioral health contract with the Philadelphia Department of Prisons. For the past four years, he has worked in Centurion's Clinical Operations department and is currently director of clinical development. His primary responsibility is to develop proposal responses for correctional health care RFPs.
