Ms. Jennifer Sheptock is the program manager of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Centurion contract.  She received her B.S. in psychology from Susquehanna University and her master's degree in the administration of juvenile justice from Shippensburg University.  She began her career in probation and parole services, working with both youth and adults.  She spent a decade working in residential care for adolescents followed by providing mental health services to youth and families.  She has over a decade of management experience.  Ms. Sheptock joined Centurion as an assistant program manager in 2014 before becoming program manager in 2017.  Ms. Sheptock's leadership is premised on relationships.  She believes having integrity and professionalism at all times is a solid base for building those relationships.  When combined with care, candor, and responsiveness focused on results, trust is established and relationships thrive.  She also believes fun, positivity, and humor are necessary in the workplace.
