Mr. Terry Jones is Centurion’s Regional Director, providing operational oversight for programs in Pennsylvania. In this position, he is responsible for staffing operations, procurement and retention, program operations growth and stability, ensuring compliance, and managing risk for over 60,000 individuals entrusted in Centurion's care.
Mr. Jones has been with Centurion since 2008, when he joined as Program Manager, providing leadership oversight and program operations support. Prior to joining Centurion, Mr. Jones worked as a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, service integration director, and program director for various juvenile justice organizations throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Jones can seamlessly combine his clinical and operational expertise and his knowledge of the PDOC program to easily transition into a leadership position serving the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Mr. Jones has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University and a Master's in Social Work from Temple University.
