Mr. Todd Kramer has worked for the Delaware Department of Correction for the past 26 years. He started his career as a correctional officer and promoted to correctional corporal before becoming a correctional counselor. He then worked his way up to his current role as the director of policy and standards compliance within the Bureau of Health Care, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health Services. He has a master's degree in criminal justice with a concentration in leadership and administration and a bachelor's degree in organizational management. He is also a Certified Correctional Health Professional.
