Dr. Jennifer Pender is a board-certified adult and child psychiatrist currently working in private practice.  She has a contract with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice to provide care to their seriously mentally ill youth.  She is a proud CCHP certificate holder and looks forward to advancing her knowledge about the interface of youth in the justice system and best practices for mental health care. She is an avid Tar Heel having received her B.S. in Chemistry, MD, and MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
