Nyreith Adeyemi is the Headquarters Chief Nurse Executive (CNE)with the California Correctional Health Care Service (CCHCS).  Her goal is never to lose focus to why we deliver quality care to all individuals despite their socio-economical background and standard of care. She began her career in Toronto Canada at St Michael's Hospital in the Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit.  After 15 years, she migrated to the United States in 2005 to further her career in a different health care delivery system and was promoted to Head Nurse of Critical Care. In 2010, she embarked on another adventure of quality care delivery with California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). She has been the CNE since 2014 and has received honorable mentions at conferences for her outstanding contribution to patient care.
