Ms. Kristen Grady is a registered nurse serving as the Health Services Administrator at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility. She has spent the last nine years learning all aspects of correctional health care before assuming her present role in 2015. Under her leadership, the health services department of this 1883 bed-county jail has gained statewide recognition for its innovative mental health programs. Ms. Grady loves correctional nursing and plans to continue to advance her career as a correctional leader.
