Lean Six Sigma is a quality improvement program used within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This poster presents an overview of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology using an example of a recent project that fully followed this process to illustrate how one facility's Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment program analyzed the problems within their cognitive behavioral intervention enrollment process.
