This poster presents an overview of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology using an example of a recent project that fully followed this process to illustrate how one facility's Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment program analyzed the problems within their cognitive behavioral intervention enrollment process.
