Making a Difference Behind the Walls: Careers in Corrections
Description

Correctional health care is a challenging field and common perceptions of it are often dramatized and inaccurate. Aspiring health care professionals are invited to hear from leaders who will share their experiences and answer your questions. If you’re considering a career serving in our nation’s jails and prisons, attend this panel to explore the opportunities, challenges, and rewards.

Following the presentation, students are invited to attend the opening exhibit hall reception of the National Conference on Correctional Health
Care from 5 pm – 6:30 pm. They are encouraged to network with attendees and exhibitors, including company recruiters.

All conference registrants are invited to attend this free non-CE session and do not have to register. If you are a student who wants to attend only this session and the reception, please register here at no charge.
