M. Carole Dwyer has been with the Rhode Island Department of Corrections for over 31 years and started her career as a correctional officer in 1990. She rose to the position of deputy warden in 1995 and has served as warden since 2001. She has been integral to the RI MOUD program implementation since inception, and serves as a national subject matter expert on security concerns and MOUD program implementation and adoption.
