Mr. Richmond James Rada is currently working as a nurse consultant, program review with the California Correctional Health Care Services’ nursing services branch. He is the lead consultant on statewide nursing professional standards and patient safety. Mr. Rada holds BSN and MSN degrees and his past employment includes working as a nurse consultant with the policy section at California Department of Health Care Services; as primary RN at an acute psychiatric hospital; as home health case manager; and as an RN supervisor.
