David J. Toman is a nurse consultant program review (NCPR) with the California Correctional Health Care Services Branch (CCHCS). He is a valued member of CCHCS Headquarters Nursing Professional Standards and Patient Safety program. He is assigned to the statewide Shared Governance initiative. Mr. Toman is also certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Mr. Toman holds ADN and his past employment includes employment as a correctional registered nurse and supervisory registered nurse II.
