This presentation analyzes Simon Sinek's book "Leaders Eat Last" and focuses on the key concepts of empathy, safety, and trust when leading others. Through real examples from correctional health care with application from Sinek's theories, we can increase retention and improve daily operations through increased job satisfaction.
