Dr. Campbell is the CEO and managing member of C. David Solomon Consultants, LLC. This health care consulting company offers services in business strategy, new business development, and personal and professional coaching. He is an Emory University-trained internist and nephrologist with an MBA in health care management and over 21 years of experience as a medical director and associate medical director with industry leaders and state government such as the Tennessee Department of Correction, Centurion Health, Corizon Health, DaVita, Gambro Healthcare, and Renal Advantage. Dr. Campbell also has over 28 years of experience in utilization management and review, and clinical and administrative health care; and over 22 years private practice experience in office, hospital, corrections, dialysis unit, hospice, and long-term care settings. He has a successful track record in championing an organizational culture of service excellence, diversity, safety, and high quality; organizational regulatory readiness; quality performance turnaround; developing and implementing key performance indicators; clinical guidelines; standardized clinical care pathways; chronic disease education programs; and patient safety initiatives. He was a primary investigator in research for post-marketing registrational trials, and a consultant with major pharmaceutical companies such as Amgen, Abbott, Novartis, Bone Care, and Paragon Rx. Dr. Campbell is also a former national speaker for Abbott, Amgen, Genzyme, and Novartis.
