Melissa Tran-Chamblin, LMFT has 12 years’ experience in diverse correctional and community settings. As Executive Director of the Early Access & Stabilization Services (EASS) Program at Liberty Healthcare Corp., Ms. Tran-Chamblin led the establishment of a new jail-based competency restoration forensic program in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties. Previously, she served as San Diego Jail Mental Health Services Program Director providing administrative direction for the operation of comprehensive correctional mental health services for a jail system serving over 5,200 incarcerated people. Prior to her role at Liberty Healthcare, Ms. Tran-Chamblin managed various programs including ACT, Employment and DV treatment services.
