Ms. Oluchi Oguchienti is the Analyst for Health and Justice Policy and Program at Mass Health's Office of Behavioral Health. With a bachelor's in crime and justice, a graduate certificate in public management, and a master’s in public policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, she is passionate about ensuring that justice-involved individuals have access to the support and resources they need to thrive in the community. In her previous role as a Senior Legislative Aide for Representative Marjorie Decker, she drafted summaries and testimonies for bills related to criminal justice reform, housing insecurity, mental health, and substance use. She has also worked as a case manager and program monitor at Community Resources for Justice, where she collaborated with sheriff's offices, parole, probation, community-based organizations, and various health care organizations to assist and support justice-involved individuals with reentry.
