This qualitative project addresses the treatment options for chronic pain in individuals with a history of opioid abuse, analyzing both pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatments, and covers the importance of creating individualized treatment plans by combining multiple modes of therapy to reduce the risk of opioid relapse or misuse.
