A program evaluation using a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-surveys examines the impact of an informational session on the health care team's knowledge and behaviors regarding screening practices for sexually transmitted infections in incarcerated individuals in jail. This evaluation found that the informational session was effective in increasing the health care team's knowledge and behaviors.
