Description
How do you know if a mental health patient's medication is effective? How do you address mental health medication refusals? Learn the process by which a prescriber determines if a medication is recommended as part of the treatment plan, how various stakeholders (e.g., health staff, custody staff, administrators, patients) can identify medication effectiveness, and effective ways to address medication refusals. A hypothetical clinical case will be woven throughout the presentation.
