This two-part presentation will focus on nursing neurological assessment, stroke assessment, stroke signs and symptoms, and prehospital nursing treatment and interventions. Discussion will include current treatment modalities for stroke patients and the importance of early recognition of symptoms and rapid intervention for best patient outcomes.
