Description

This talk will focus on interventions for the aging population within corrections, provide definitions of neurocognitive disorders, and identify the areas of the brain that are affected by the four main types of dementia. The presenter will define activities of daily living and how they differ in the community compared to a correctional institution. Interventions on various levels across the correctional system will be described.
