491 An Investigation of Diversion of Medications for Opioid Use Disorder*
Description

Diversion of medications for opioid use disorder, specifically oral/sublingual formulations, has been cited as a potential barrier to treatment. This study, which includes a cross-sectional quantitative survey portion and a patient advocacy focus group for qualitative data collection, will shed light on the perceptions of diversion in correctional facilities and how medication diversion impacts patients, staff, and the availability of MOUD.
