Description
The updated NCCHC Mental Health Standards increase emphasis on treatment planning and the key elements of an effective plan. A treatment plan should be more than a form – it should guide the therapeutic process, shaping patient and staff behavior toward shared goals. This session will highlight strategies for creating plans that are practical, patient-centered, and outcome-driven. Participants will learn how to collaborate with patients to design plans that are realistic, engaging, and more likely to support meaningful progress in care.
