465 Evidence-Based Clinical Nursing Guidelines for Optimizing Patient Outcomes
Description
Participants will learn about the ICE Health Service Corps' evidence-based clinical nursing guidelines, which were developed to standardize the evaluation and triage of acute care sick call and urgent/emergent complaints. These guidelines comply with state laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, providing symptom definitions, assessment guidance, nursing diagnoses, patient education, and care plans, as well as calling out red flags requiring immediate referral.
