Description
This interactive roundtable invites participants to share and explore the gender-based challenges women face in correctional health care challenges that often lead to burnout, low job satisfaction, and staff turnover. Guided by research, the conversation will focus on real-world experiences and evidence-based insights. Together, attendees will consider practical solutions, such as mentorship, professional networking, and CCHP certification, to overcome these barriers and strengthen the workforce.

- Identify common challenges women face in corrections, such as gender microaggressions, work-life imbalance, and the double bind
- Describe how these challenges can lead to burnout, low morale, and staffing issues
