Description
Medication Assisted Treatment access in correctional settings varies by jurisdiction, funding, population, and legal precedent. A panel of legal and clinical experts will examine the science behind MAT, evidence-based best practices, and lessons from state and local systems. Participants will gain insight into evolving case law, federal and state legislative initiatives, and developing legal avenues for ensuring the right to access and continue MAT during incarceration.
