Correctional facilities are uniquely positioned to lead the nation in eliminating hepatitis C. This roundtable will examine innovative strategies for scaling up point-of-care testing and treatment, including opt-out screening at intake, reflex RNA testing, onsite rapid testing, and treatment initiation. Experts will share challenges and lessons learned from pilot and system-wide programs that reflect CDC recommendations and NCCHC standards. Discussion will highlight health department partnerships, policy levers, and funding strategies. Attendees will leave with practical ideas to advance sustainable elimination efforts.
