This session reviews the growing role of cell-free DNA testing, including multi-cancer early detection, minimal residual disease monitoring, and liquid biopsy, alongside advances in immunotherapy. Participants will examine current evidence, guideline recommendations, and coverage considerations, with a focus on their appropriate use in correctional settings. The presentation will highlight current screening practices for average- and high-risk patients and discuss which innovations are ready for clinical implementation in incarcerated populations.
