Mr. Frank Mazza serves as the department director for the Hudson County Department of Housing and Community Reintegration. The department Mr. Mazza operates oversees all federal, county and state housing funds, oversees the development of affordable housing units in the county, and operates the Division of Reentry. His academic development has focused on human behavior and criminal justice. In 2000, he received his BA in criminal justice from Caldwell University and went on to receive his masters in forensics from New Jersey City University in 2005. Mr. Mazza is currently completing his dissertation for his PhD.
