Dr. Dustin Cantrell serves as the director of evaluation and quality for WestCare’s Great Lakes Region. He is an experienced evaluator and has worked in conjunction with multiple stakeholders to conduct research and evaluation regarding programming for incarcerated and community-based populations. His most recent article (co-authored), "An Examination of Traumatic Experiences and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Among a Sample of Illinois Prisoners," was published through the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority in August 2017.
