Ms. Linda Frazier has over 25 years of leadership in behavioral health and addiction services. Her experience includes delivery of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) clinical services, operations management in urgent/emergency care settings, access to care, opioid treatment, and MAT policy and services. Linda has overseen mental health/substance use disorder and recovery services at the state level and provides technical assistance and training on opioid use disorder to primary care and behavioral health services at the local, state and national level.
